Timber Selection
Only premium Gurjan timber from certified forests is selected. Each log is inspected for grain quality and moisture content.
Precision Peeling
Logs are peeled into uniform veneers using computer-controlled lathes for consistent thickness across every sheet.
Drying & Grading
Veneers are kiln-dried to optimal moisture levels and graded by our quality team before assembly.
Gluing & Pressing
Phenol formaldehyde resin is applied under controlled conditions. Hot pressing at precise temperature and pressure.
Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes boiling water test, bending strength test, and IS compliance verification where applicable.
Finishing & Dispatch
Sheets are sanded, trimmed to precise dimensions, and dispatched to authorised dealers.
